Samsung Netbook | Best Mini Netbooks Reviews

Netbooks are very quickly gaining in popularity. It was not all that long ago that you could go to a computer store and see only one or two brands of netbooks. Now, netbooks are available in many different brand names and many different colors.

It is not always easy to choose the best netbook to suit your needs. It can be difficult to balance the portability and convenience of these computers with the specifications you need to make all your applications run.
To aid you in your decision of which one to buy, I have written a brief summary of a few of the better models. This is just a sample of the many models available, so make sure you do your homework before making a purchase.

First let’s take a look at the
Samsung Netbook NC20. With a sleek twelve inch design, along with a 1.3 GHz VIA Nano processor, and a large trackpad, this netbook is a winner. It has great 1280 x 800 resolution, along with a full sized keyboard, making it easy to use. Another good thing about it is that it provides some much needed competition for the Intel CPU processor for mini laptops. It is one of the first units to sport a VIA Nano processor, which performs about as good as the Intel Atom. Competition is always healthy and brings the market to reasonable levels for everyone.

Another netbook to consider is the Lenovo Ideapad S12. The 1280 x 800 resolution is great for watching movies and has sharp colors so you do not have to strain your eyes. The Ideapad also has a full sized keyboard, making typing easy. The 6 cell battery is a great value added option with this unit, giving it more than five hours of battery life. Acccording to PC Magazine, the Lenovo Ideapad S12 is “…arguably the best 12-inch netbook available…”

Finally, we will take a look at the Acer AOD750. If you are tired of the plain black netbook, this is the one for you. It is available in four different colors to suit whatever tasted you may have. It has great resolution at 1366 x 768 pixels, and works great for high definition movies. Like the other brands mentioned, this one has a full sized keyboard. One advantage to this one is the LED backlighting. This saves energy and helps conserve the battery life, giving you longer and fuller enjoyment from it. The processor is a 1.33 GHz Atom Z520 from Intel. It’s lower clock can slow down performance a bit, but it is still a good unit overall. If you plan on running many applications with your netbook, you may want to consider purchasing one with a higher clock speed than this one.

It was only this year  that the twelve inch netbooks came out in the mainstream and started gaining in popularity. Their full sized keyboards makes them much more useable that their ten inch counterparts. The balance of size and usability is key in becoming dominant in a market. These twelve inch netbooks have achieved that balance. In the coming years, expect to see them become main players in the computer marketplace.

Samsung Netbook | Top Five Netbook Best Sellers

Netbooks are seen everywhere, in schools offices and peoples` homes. Their small, light weight and can do just as much as a regular computer. The shapely small size and neat little design make them perfect for transporting them on the bus, cabs and bikes, making them perfect for those who like to take alternate routes. There are five top sellers who make noticeable distinction and hit it big with netbook fans.

The first one on the top five is the Toshiba NB 205-310. It has excellent value for its price tag; it has a large touch pad and an extra long battery life, ideal for people using their netbooks on the go. Toshiba is new to the netbook department but has quickly made it to the top seller list.

The next netbook on the hit list is the Samsung Go. It has a rubberized look to it with rounded corners and big buttons on the keyboard. There are four neat colors to choose from and it is equipped with a 10.1 inch screen, it has no glare from the screen as a ten hour battery life, flashcard reader, Bluetooth, three USB ports a 1.3 megapixel webcam a mic and a headphone jack. Making it an excellent steal to purchase one.

The third netbook on the list is the
Samsung Netbook N120. It also has large easy to press keys and it comes with a nice little software bundle It has a nice subwoofer for music play and is glare resistant. The price tag is nice as well. Forth on the top five list is the Asus Eee PC 1005 HA. It has a long eight hour battery life, a glossy black exterior and it scores very high on performance abilities.

Last on the top five list is the Lenovo IdeaPad S12. It has an excellent sharp looking screen and it has an nVidialon chipset that will be able to run 1080p of videos and games. It is lightweight and also scores high on performance. The price is a bit high, but people seem to like it anyways.

Netbooks who didn`t strike it big with fans and computer critiques were those with a heavy bulky feel, people also didn`t like netbooks with too glary of a screen or a picture that wasn`t sharp enough. They judged the way the keyboard felt under the fingers and how the touch pad reacted, was it sensitive enough or not sensitive enough. The price tag was also an eye opener. Netbook fans just want good value for their buck and will only compromise if it is really worth it.

Computer companies are always busy trying to come out with the newest and best product. For the mini netbooks they have been selling like crazy, with everyone trying to scoop up a light weight laptop at a good price. Manufactures are able to produce these at less than three pounds because they run on a power chip such as an Intel ATOM or a Via C7-M. They come in a variety of hot colors and feature sport ram and hard drive sizes the same as a regular laptop. These mini systems also carry wireless connectivity which makes them perfect for anyone wanting to surf the net where wireless is available.

Samsung Netbook | Netbooks - 2010 Comparison Reviews

With so many kinds of netbooks available today, it only means that the competition among brands and models is getting tougher, and the process of choosing the best netbook becomes a more challenging task. It is then essential for any netbook lover to make some kind of netbook comparison before finally deciding on a particular netbook. With their small size, easy internet access, convenient portability and considerably high performance, the netbook is indeed the perfect choice for the adventurous workaholic, the diligent student, the tech savvy buff and the fashionable career woman.

Due to the fact that every year, new kinds of netbooks are being introduced with continuously improved performance and features, it becomes interesting as to what kinds of netbooks 2010 comparison are made by computers professionals today. The comparisons are made based on overall performance, quality and convenience. A good review would look at speed, memory capacity, ease of use, weight, screen size and quality, battery life and many others.

In most reviews you will notice that among the highest rated would constantly include models from Asus, Samsung and Acer, although you will get to see good reviews of some other brands like Lenovo, HP, Toshiba, Sony and Dell. Reviews also try to figure which netbook gives you the most value for your money. And of course, although looks and overall design do matter, they are quite secondary in assessing a netbook's performance.

Good comparison reviews should be easy to read and understand. Some are too long though and you will have to keep flipping to the site's next page to get the rest of the review. Some pretty good reviews for netbooks actually show you the rating right away and makes the comparison head on, by directly showing or comparing features such as height, depth, width, size, battery life and type, resolution, size of the screen and the speed of the processor. By enumerating these features usually by using a chart or table, any consumer could identify the features he or she considers most important for him or her, and identify which netbook would just meet his or her needs. More intricate and subjective reviews that go beyond product features and focus on actual use could later then be read, after one finds a particular netbook of interest, as initially based on features.

With that said, the best netbooks review is probably found at BestNetbooksReview.us, but you can find a similarly competitive one at reviewnetbooks.net. Both of these sites tell you straight ahead what the best picks are and why. You can start with an overview of each product. For instance, at Top Ten Reviews, you'd get to see which netbooks get five stars or less. You will also get an idea of the basic features that you want. If for instance, long battery life is what you need, then you might as well go with netbooks that at least claim to last from 9-10 hours, just like EEE PC 1005 HA from Asus and Samsung Netbook N120. You can then check out further product descriptions from BestNetbookReview and get expert and non-professional reviews, opinions, or comments.

Samsung Netbook Vs Asus Vs Acer - Mini Laptop Reviews

The netbook/mini laptop market is currently dominated by three brands; Asus, Acer and Samsung. Many of the netbooks from these three brands have almost identical specs yet some models have proven to be more popular than others. Here is a quick review of the devices from each of the brands.

Asus Eee PC: Asus netbooks are currently leading the market for many reasons. For one, it was the one of the first companies to come up with a range of affordable mini-laptops. Secondly, its devices currently have some of the best specs in the market. The Asus Eee PC 1000HE and the 1008HA are currently the only models in the market that uses the 1.66GHZ Intel Atom N280 processor. The 1000HE also currently have the best battery lifespan in the market, lasting up to 9.5 hours on one charge.

Acer Aspire One:With almost identical specs, Acer has manage to differentiate itself in terms of design and pricing. It is currently one of the cheapest netbook series in the market. In term of designs, I must say that it is a little better looking the Asus devices and it also comes in a variety of colors (black, white, blue, red and pink).

Samsung Netbooks:Samsung netbooks are not the cheapest in the market and neither are they the most powerful. Despite that, they are currently some of the most expensive netbooks in the market. Samsung has managed to carve a niche for itself by making some of the best-looking netbooks in the market. The Samsung Netbook glossy blue NC10 has been on the best-seller's list for a long time now, mainly for its good looks (in my opinion). Other models such as the NC110 and the NC120 also sport very streamlined and sleek good looks.

Samsung Netbook N120 10.1-Inch - The Perfect Netbook

It would be quite a stretch to call the Samsung Netbook N120 flawless, but it is very much a perfect netbook by realistic standards (like the Asus 1005HA and the Toshiba Mini). It is pleasing to the eye, has a very modest price tag, comfortable to use and has an excellent battery life. What more could you ask for from a netbook?
The Samsung Netbook N120 comes in black, white and blue. I really like the black and white models, as they looked really classy. The casing of this netbook model has a matte surface that is much more easier to maintain than glossy ones. The matte finish is more resistant to smudges and stains. The matte casing is contrasted by a nice glossy screen. Despite the glossy surface, the LCD display remains very viewable, displaying sharp and vibrant images.

Like most netbooks, the Samsung Netbook N120 comes with the standard 1.6Ghz processor, 1.3MP web cam, 160GB hard drive and 1GB of RAM. According to Samsung, the batteries on this model can last up to 6 hours on one charge. This model is also extremely portable. It weighs just 2.8 pounds and measures just 1.17 inches at its thickest point. Another impressive feature of this model would have to be its audio quality. The 2 set of stereo speakers (and a tiny sub-woofer) produces rich and crisp audio thanks to the SRS 2.1 channel system. All in all, the Samsung Netbook NC10 embodies everything that a netbook should be, with its stylish design, ergonomic features and reasonable price tag. Currently the Samsung Netbook N120 retails at just around $329 per unit.

Samsung Netbook | Best Netbook 2010 Buyer Guide

Getting yourself the best netbook is going to be worth all the time and effort you put in doing some research. The best way to buy a good netbook is to compare product features and reviews for each model and weigh them against your own standards, needs and expectations. It is only reasonable that you get the most out of your money when it comes to the netbook's capacity, quality of performance, ease of usage as well as flexibility. Here are a couple of things to remember when you are buying a netbook:
  1. Check out the keyboard. If your hands are large and your fingers are thick, opt for a netbook that has a size which is comparable to that of the usual laptop. Keyboards in netbooks vary in terms of size and spacing so if you plan to buy your netbook online, check out the product specifications for the keyboard, and better yet, try to look at some pictures. If you are planning on using your netbook for a lot of writing activities, get one that has the most convenient keyboard size. Those with smaller hands could usually deal with any netbook, but if you have big hands you can check out the Samsung Netbook N120 netbook.
  2. Take a closer look at battery life. The best netbook 2010 should not fail you in terms of battery quality. With advancements made on Lithium ion technology, the average netbook should at least last about 5-6 hours of display time. The battery life displayed on the product features of netbooks is usually 20-30% more than actual usage, so if it says 10 hours on the label, expect something more like 8 hours on actual use.
  3. Note down the weight and dimensions. Would you like something that has a bigger screen so you can watch videos better? Netbooks have various screen sizes based on how wide and how tall they are. Don't just count on the length and width though - try to see pictures of the netbooks so you can make a better evaluation. Weight also matters. After all, people like netbooks because they weigh less and are therefore easier to carry than regular laptops. On average, they weigh less than 3 lbs., but some of the lightest netbooks could weigh as little as 2 lbs. or less. Be careful though because that might also mean shorter battery life and a smaller keyboard.
  4. Connectivity. WiFi and LAN are necessary features nowadays. Any netbook that does not have both probably belongs to older netbook generations. Some of the most highly valued netbooks offer other connectivity options like the all-too-popular Bluetooth technology.
In your quest for the best netbooks review, consider one that objectively discusses the product features and gives you the pros and cons for each product. A review that contains an evaluation of a wide range of brands is also particularly helpful, and it will let you know if a certain netbook is worth its price. Do not forget to read comments from actual users as well.

Samsung Netbook | The Top 10 Netbooks to Buy in a Tight Budget

With these economic times we are all looking to save in every way we can. With a growing necessity for mobile computing, laptops are on the rise. So, it makes since that netbooks are becoming more popular. Netbooks are small and efficient as far as your basic computing needs, not to mention about half the price of many of the mainstream laptops found these days. However, shopping for that perfect netbook can become a little daunting. This is due to the over whelming slew of netbooks being manufactured and companies vying for the top slot for netbook performance. To make your choice easier we have compiled a list of the top ten netbooks from not only the performance stand point but a consumer one as well.

The first on our list is the Toshiba NB205-310, with an Intel Atom N280/1660MHz CPU it can more than just get the job done. It has a 10.1 inch display and a great resolution, providing a nice clear picture with little glare. This is also packed with a 160 GB hard drive that is about average for a portable PC. But all of this is not what has it on top, it is the fact that it is a great price with fantastic features and a wonderful battery life that tests have shown too last nearly ten hours.

The Samsung GO is equipped with an Intel AtomN270/1600MHz CPU. With the average display screen of 10.1 inches and hard drive space of 160GB, this netbook is excellent for kids, however, it is rather bulky and difficult to transport. However, the Samsung Netbook N120 comes forward with similar specifications, like an Intel AtomN270 CPU with 1600MHz output and a 160 GB hard drive, but offers and alternative to the Samsung Netbook N110. This netbook offers lager keys and much better performance, however, it lacks in battery power. The ASUS Eee PC 1005HA offers an Intel AtomN280, 1660MHz CPU, as well as a 10.1 inch display monitor and a 160GB hard drive. This particular model is slim and compact, and also supplies you with what you need for a low price.

The Lenovo IdeaPad S12 netbook uses a 1600MHz Intel Atom N270 CPU and gives an impressive 12.1 inch display screen, as well as a 160GB hard drive. While it weighs a little under four pounds, it offers performance speed for an above average cost. The HP Mini 5101 takes it to the mats with a 1660MHz Intel Atom N280 CPU and a 160GB hard drive. This business-netbook has been reworked for incredible performance, however, it still does not go beyond sub-pare in means of battery power. At number seven on the list is the ASUS Eee PC 1008HA. Like the 1005HA, this netbook sports a 1660MHz Intel Atom N280 CPU with a 160GB hard drive and comes with smart design choices. The only downfall is an issue with an over reflective screen. The Acer Aspire One 751h utilizes a 1330 MHz Atom Z520 CPU and an 11.6 inch screen. While it has the standard 160GB hard drive and offers sleek design, it does have issues with the mouse button not functioning properly.

All of these inexpensive notebook computers are great for a tight budget.

The Samsung Netbook NP-NC20 comes with a 1000 MHz CPU and a 160GB hard drive, as well, as a 12.1 inch monitor. While the screen is of excellent quality and the battery life is superb, this netbook is bulky and expensive. Finally, the Dell Inspiron Mini 10 comes with a 1600 MHz Atom Z530 CPU and a 106GB hard drive, however, it's screen is only 10 inches for a netbook this bulky. Ultimately, your best option is to decide for yourself and find what you are wanting in a netbook. There are some great options out there, but keep in mind that some may not be the best for what you need.

Now from above discussion it should be clear which inexpensive notebook computer is good for you.
Niharika has reviewed the merchant's website and found out that they are very reliable and prompt in helping customers out to buy their desired inexpensive notebook computer

Samsung Netbook | Netbook Net Gain?

Can a product be too good for its own good? Is that the case with the new class of computer, the netbook?
The netbook concept originated from the One Laptop Per Child goal of creating an affordable educational computer for use in the developing world. The idea morphed into what Wired Magazine calls 'super portable laptops for professionals' that are taking market share from laptops with projected sales expected to exceed 35 million units in 2009.

What makes a netbook so special? I tried the new Samsung Netbook NC10 and found a number of competitive advantages.
  • Battery life. I had trouble believing the claims that the Samsung Netbook NC10's battery life could be 6 or 7 hours. Anyone who has used a laptop on a regular basis knows what I mean. Well, it's true. The battery consistently runs strong for more than 6 hours.
  • An impressive 10.1 inch screen that is plenty big enough and a keyboard 93% the size of a standard keyboard. No fumbling missteps, hitting the wrong key or not knowing where a function key is.
  • So light-the NC10 weighs only 2.6 pounds--you barely even know you have it with you.
  • Speed. The NC10 features a 1.60GHz Intel processor, 1 GB Memory (which I replaced in less than a minute via a mini-screwdriver with 2 GB purchased for $20) and a 160GB hard drive, enabling me to quickly browse websites and send emails.
  • Price. You can quickly and easily do whatever you have to do, where and when you want to-all for under $500.
It's all good, then, right? Not so fast. The profit margin on a netbook is less than that of a laptop and thus the bottom line financial impact for computer companies hasn't been completely positive. If the netbook cannibalizes market share from the more profitable laptop, should the computer manufacturers still be happy?
Yes. Consumer demand drove the innovation of the netbook. If profit margin suffers slightly in the short term because the 'next big thing' sells more than 'the last big thing,' so be it. Strong companies will survive and even thrive by finding ways to improve the netbook and production of it, improving profit margin in the process.

But forget about all that for a minute and remember the most important thing: Netbooks are cool...

Samsung Netbook | Top Rated Netbooks

Best Value For Money: The Gateway LT2108U 10.1-inch netbook is currently one of the most affordable models in the market. It may not have all the extra bells and whistles but is still very competent netbook model. It comes with 1GB of RAM, 160GB for storage and the new Intel Atom N450 processor. The battery on this netbook can last up to 8 hours on one charge. It also comes with a multi-touch touch pad, Intel GMA 3150 graphics processor, stereo speakers and has a great design (looks very contemporary and sleek). The Gateway LT2108U is currently priced at just around $299 per unit.

Best Design: Personally, I think that Samsung Netbook produces some of the best looking netbook models. Almost every of their netbook series sports a distinctive design that is very hard to ignore. From the sporty blue Samsung Netbook NC10 to the quirky Samsung GO, their netbooks are meant to stand out from the crowd. One of my latest favorites would have to the burgundy Samsung Netbook N140-14R. It has a glossy burgundy casing that give is a very luxurious and plush look.

Best Overall Model: One of the best overall netbook models for now would have to be the new 10.1-inch Asus Eee 1005PE netbook. As if the 10.5 hours of battery life in the previous models were not enough, the battery on the new 1005PE can last up to 14 hours at one go, thanks to the new energy efficient Intel N450 Atom processor. It also comes with Bluetooth V2.1 connectivity and sports the sleek seashell design. It is currently priced at around $368, which is a great price tag considering its set of irresistible features.

Samsung Netbook N150

How do two people manage to keep a website running when there's only 1 laptop between 5? And that one is borrowed?

We borrowed our laptop off my mother-in-law so that my wife could look for work. Whilst she was doing that, I was signed off sick and the website was born. We have been using the laptop to manage the site, at the same time as doing everything else. Two worries - one, the friction having one laptop causes, and two, what happens to the website if my mother in law asks for the pc back?

We had to make a decision. We looked at everything available to us and realised we could afford none of them! Then we happened up on these beauties in the Littlewoods catalogue. Able to pay just £3 per week, it was viable and it would mean we were self sufficient and able to both work at the same time. So we purchased one each - it is 10 cigarettes a week less each.

Wow! The netbook is tiny - just a 10" screen - but that's the only thing about this computer that's tiny. Its as quick as my mother in law's 17" Compaq laptop. It has a quick processor, it allows me to use all of the programs I need to use and it had 150GB hard drive. Any more space that I require can be given with an external hard drive or memory stick. Ok the netbook does not have a CD drive, but any drivers or setup programs can be downloaded off the net anyway.

It comes with Windows 7 Start up and a whole host of other software, which is downloaded when you first start up your pc. I can browse happily, whilst running IE8 with 7 or 8 windows open and word processing or compiling videos for You Tube. Its fantastic. The screen space is sufficient for use for all of the software I use and the processor speed means that it copes admirably with the rigors of daily use.

All in all a package that gives great value for money, and, after only coming out in February 2010, up to the date technology. If you want a lightweight alternative to your work horse, or want to trade the big one in for a better, slimmer, lighter model with bigger b... bit power and a gorgeous modern look, then this is the guy for you!! They really are great computers for everyday use. If you are a video compiler, or serious gamer, or graphic designer, then you need a better spec - but for web hosting, web design, basic video compiling, word processing and the like the Samsung Netbook N150 is just the ticket!!

With best wishes for the future

Samsung Netbook N150 10.1 Inch Blue

It recent years, it was very impressive to watch how Samsung has gone from strength to strength in producing some of the most stylish and powerful tech gadgets in the market. From the looks of sales figures and popularity, the brand is currently making big headway in netbooks.

Since most netbooks in the market have almost identical specs, manufacturers strive to differentiate themselves in terms of design and features. A great example of this would be the blue Samsung Netbook N150 netbook. The blue Samsung Netbook NC10 has been sitting comfortably on the bestseller's charts for the most of last year and the new N150 looks set to take the baton.

If you are ever had a glimpse of the Samsung Netbook N150, you will instantly see what the hype is all about. It stands out from the crown with its subtle matte blue external casing. In fact, in the N150 series, the blue model is the only one with a matte surface that is much more resistant to fingerprints and smudges compared to those with glossy surfaces.

This model can be considered a budget friendly mid-range model with the standard specs of an Intel N450 processor, 1GB of RAM and a 160GB hard drive. The 10.1-inch screen has a matte surface that significantly reduces glare in bright lighting conditions. Some of the other features include a memory card reader, wireless-N wi-fi and stereo speakers. In runs on the new Windows 7 Starter OS. The battery on this new model can last up to 7 hours at one go.

The screen bezel and keyboard area looks as good as its external side. That area is all black in color where it further highlights the blue exterior. Overall, it feels very sturdily built and the netbook was almost noiseless during use. With good looks, great specs, and a low price tag, the blue Samsung Netbook N150 will prove to be very irresistible to many. At the moment, the netbook is selling for just around $298 per unit,

Samsung Netbook N140

The Samsung Netbook is the latest 10" netbook. Its a direct replacement for the original NC10 Samsung netbook. It improves on that in a number of ways. It has better sound quality, bigger touch pad, better processor and a better operating system with Windows 7 Startup. It is very similar in design to the NC10 and has the same battery and screen resolution as before.

One of the advantages of this netbook is that it has a great matt display. The screen is very bright and you should have no problems using this outdoors. The text is not sharp however you do get used to it. The matt display though is not usually found in netbooks and is much better than a glossy display. Another great thing to mention is that it is very quiet. Sometimes you may wonder if it even has a fan. This is one of the quietest netbooks I have used and this lack of noise is very impressive.

The touchpad is and ideal size and it has multi touch scrolling. It isn't too noisy and has a nice texture. There is nothing at fault with the keyboard. It is a standard keyboard which takes the up the full width of the netbook and this ensures that the keys are large. The audio quality is good and it has stereo speakers and SRS technology. Sound comes from the bottom and the volume is decent.

One of the disadvantages is that the lid has a glossy finish and picks up too many fingerprints. The battery life isn't too good compared to the other netbooks out in the market. The 5200 mamp battery lasted for about 5 hours when used at 60% brightness and just web browsing and watching youtube videos. There is only one slot for RAM so if you want to upgrade you will have to open up the machine.

The  netbook comes with windows 7 startup. There a few restrictions on this operating system but it is ideal for a netbook. Overall this Samsung netbook is good for doing work on the go.

Samsung Netbook NC10-14GB 10.2-Inch

The Samsung Netbook NC10-14GB 10.2-Inch is Samsung's answer to grabbing a share in the growing mini-laptop market and it has proved to be a formidable competitor to other brands in the market. Although this model has many great features and specs, the thing that captured me the most was its beautiful blue color and great design.

The Samsung Netbook NC10-14GB 10.2-Inch has a blue casing and a black keyboard on the inside. The colors blue and black make a beautiful combination. The outer casing (the top) of this netbook has a glossy blue surface with the small prints of the Samsung logo in silver right in the middle. The inside of the netbook is also blue, but the blue there has more of a metallic sort, probably to prevent the accumulation of fingerprints.

Another reason that I love the Samsung Netbook NC10-14GB 10.2-Inch is its 10-inch screen. Personally I think an 8-inch screen will be too small for me so I opt to get a slightly bigger netbook. The screen has up to 250 nits in brightness and a 1024 x 600 resolution. It also has an anti-reflection surface to provide a better viewing experience.

The Samsung Netbook NC10-14GB 10.2-Inch  is powered by a 1.6ghz processor (Intel Atom) and has 1GB of RAM. It also comes with wi-fi (802.11b/g) and Bluetooth connectivity. I don't believe that a laptop is truly portable unless it has a considerable battery lifespan. The NC10 has a powerful 6-cell battery that can provide up to 8 hours of use on a single charge.

Samsung Netbook N130-13B 10.1-Inch

Specifications: There is just something about the design of blue Samsung netbooks that make them so irresistible. Previously, the blue Samsung NC10 netbook was one of the best selling models in the market. Now, this spot has been taken over by the new blue Samsung Netbook N130-13B model. This model comes with a set of entry-level netbook specs that will prove to be more than sufficient for many users. It has a 160GB hard drive, 1GB of RAM and a 1.6Ghz Atom processor. This model runs on the Microsoft XP (SP3) OS. It also comes with 3USB ports and a 3-in-1 memory card reader.

Design: The design of the Samsung Netbook N130-13B resembles the design of the Samsung GO netbook. It has a smooth and rounded fell to it. It measures at about 10.7 x 7.4 x 1 inches and weighs 2.82 pounds. The external casing of netbook has a light navy blue matte finish. Other than that, almost all other parts of the netbook are white in color (including the sides, screen bezel and keyboard area). Overall, this model has a very stylish and chic appearance.

Features & Performance: The Samsung Netbook N130-13B would make an excellent buy if you are looking for a basic netbook to perform light daily computing tasks. It is very good-looking, well priced and very functional. This model runs on a 6-cell battery that can last up to 5.8 hours on one full charge (which is about average for a netbook). Samsung Netbook N150 10.1 - Inch

Essentially, the Samsung Netbook N150 is deemed to be better in terms of system and speed than the debut generation of netbooks by Samsung. To be exact, it has a different - and dare to be said, better - processor. Just like any latest netbooks, the N150 sports an Intel Atom N450 processor. Besides that, it is also fitted with Intel's latest NM10 Express chipset, which will strongly cut down power consumption. Also, it comes with 1GB of DDR2 667MHz RAM that promises efficiency in terms of system speed.

As for the storage space, it is slightly less roomy - only 160GB of hard disk drive, only suitable for users that don't rely heavily on high-end data files. As for the graphics output, the N150 is equipped with Intel GMA 3150 graphics processor. Basic connectivity of this netbook is also pretty much universal - 3 USB ports, Bluetooth, microphone jack and a headphone jack. Nothing much fancy or peculiar about it.

Display wise, it comes with a 10-inch display that is coated with non-glossy finishing, thus reducing the reflection upon it when used outdoors on in bright lighting conditions. Furthermore, it has a battery life that can last up to 7.5 hours. Making the N150 pretty suitable for users that prefer using their laptop in the great nature - where sunlight is at its peak and power supply is rather scarce. For internet connectivity, the N150 is furnished with an Ethernet port and 802.11n Wi-Fi, pretty much flexible for one to connect to the Internet. This model comes with the Windows 7 Starter OS.
